This month we commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of our Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.

While we celebrate our country’s freedom and independence, let’s take a moment to celebrate our physical independence
through fitness.
Freedom through fitness. The ability to move without aches and pains is a freedom we should not take lightly.
Just like America, let’s keep moving forward.
Moving forward for freedom is not easy, however, and freedom is not free. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance to our own health and fitness. We must make time and put in the work. Train our bodies to move freely, train our brain to make good decisions about nutrition and exercise because we know that a strong body and mind offer so many benefits. The freedom to move, play, travel, and enjoy life’s activities is worth the time and effort.
So, this summer, what will YOU do to enjoy your freedom?
